After going to multiple closed jet ski rental places, we finally found Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals. I'm glad we did because Andy and Elaine were the nicest people! The entire rental process was so easy, Elaine was happy to walk us through, and even though we're novice jet ski riders, Andy was so patient with teaching us what to do and how to ride them. Andy was even nice enough to take some pictures for us! Next time I'm at Lake Chelan, I'll definitely be coming back to Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals.

Great jet skis and friendly staff, prices are far for the area but a tad expensive.

We have rented jet skis from this place for a few years now and its always been a great experience! Nice location and lots of room to explore. The staff are very helpful and friendly and guide us through the process of how to operate our skis every time we go out. And the lake itself is huge so theres lots of room to ride without having to worry about being close to other boaters.

Also just FYI their skis are a little beat up more than usual but theirs nothing that affects the way they function. Also worth mentioning, we gave ourselves 15 minutes at the end of our rental to fuel up our skis (3 of them) before returning them and it took us all of those 15 minutes to fuel up and drive them back to the rental place (distance between fuel up station and the rental place is only about 200 feet). So keep that in mind because if you have an hour rental you might spend 15 minutes waiting in line to get gas. This is especially true on weekends!

Also last year, we didnt have to fuel up our jet skis ourselves so this might just be a temporary thing until lake shores gets their fuel station up and running again.

Another thing worth mentioning is that last year there was no logs or tree branches in the water but this year because of wind storms there is quite a few so if you want to avoid most of them youll want to take your jet ski west towards lake chelan state park, there was substantially less sticks floating around in that area.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent! I have rented a ski boat from Lake Shores several years in a row now. They always do an excellent job. The boats are excellent and super fun! Their customer service is top-notch and they have done a fantastic job every time I have rented from them. I would highly recommend them and I will be back again and again and again.

I rented from here this summer (Aug 2015). Normally I would rent from Jet Skis Ahoy a couple of doors down and have always been pleased, but Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals had a couple of 23' Centurion Enzo sv230 towboats to rent (approximately 2011/12 vintage; one of them is a "plus" model). These are capable of wake surfing behind since they are inboard drives (not inboard/outboard drives); they also have adjustable ballasts that weigh the boat down to create a bigger wake! These Enzos are way powerful and big enough to hold more than 10 passengers. The "plus" model has cruise control which makes wake surfing and boarding more consistent for the rider; works great for tubing too. The "plus" model will also fill the ballasts faster than the other one and its engine is more powerful. (Yes - I rented both and prefer the one with cruise control. This was also a bit more expensive.)

Enough about the boats and onto the service. I found the staff at Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals to be very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me at the desk and on the dock, and I had no surprises. The boats were clean, well maintained, and worked great; the equipment (i.e., wake/surf boards) were well maintained and functioned correctly. Prices for their boats were competitive with what I've paid for similar boats elsewhere. Expect to pay more for their Centurion Enzos as they are a lot of boat. If you won't need such a boat, they have cheaper boats available too.

Overall, I recommend Lake Shores Watercraft and Boat Rentals and I plan to use them again.

We rented a boat today for 4 hours, plus a double tube, and a knee board. The price was comparable and the service was awesome. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. We have 3 kids, including an infant. They got us in and out super quick. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to our friends.

Lakeshore was wonderful! I had never rented a jet ski before and they were very helpful and gave me lots of good information before going out. I rented the jet ski for four hours, and the staff was great to my daughter while she waited patiently on the dock between going out on the jet ski various times. She was there with another adult but the staff went out of their way to talk with her and keep her entertained. The staff were professional, fun and really made the experience that much more special. I would highly recommend renting from Lake Shore!

Will definitely rent from these guys again in the future. Good price, and both adults were able to drive the boat. But best of all we were allowed to bring our dog out with us! That would have been a dealbreaker. The only thing that made it 4 instead of 5 stars is the woman who we were doing the paperwork with was very clearly exhausted (summer Sunday at 4 pm) and a little snippy. But I'm not too worried about it, it happens.

Very well ran establishment top to bottom. I have been renting from this location 3/4 times a year over the last 8 years now and never had a problem. Even when we had problems with equipment which has been rare 1/2 times over 10 years. They have always responded quickly and pricing is great. So much to choose from here. We rented 2 jet skis for a week and asked to return mid week to get a boat for a couple days of the week and they were very happy to accommodate. They get really busy i have noticed, but i still have never seen anyone disrespected or treated unfairly. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance if possible now a days as they have the best equipment and staff on the lake. So its always busy lately. I have started reserving in advance 2-3 weeks and seem to get in and out pretty quickly.

To start off, me and my friends approached this service middle of September 2019. As we wanted to rent a boat during the week we were able to find a couple different places. After finding Lake Shores on the internet I was able to give them a call where I was able to discuss different rentals with ELAINE.
I want to share that Elaine has given the best service I have encountered in almost my entire life. She was kind, helpful and very fair with her pricing. I was able to receive multiple pictures via text, about different rental items. This is also a place where we were able to negotiate about what was reasonable. After deciding what to rent we booked it and came the next day. Elaine was again the one who helped us get set up and was extremely welcoming. After having great conversation and instruction we were able to get in the boat for a great day. The gentlemen who helped us with the operations of the actual boat were AWESOME as well! Unfortunately things took a difficult turn for myself once out on the water. I ended up injuring myself and when it started rain my group and I went back and turned in the boat after half the time we rented it for. Elaine was able to do the unexpected when she refunded us a reasonable amount due to the circumstance, and after I realized I needed medical attention, she provided directions to all of the medical clinics, and resources in the area making sure I was okay. After making my circumstance so much more positive than it could have been, she even reached out to me via text, in the evening to check up and make sure I was feeling alright!!

To say the least, this woman was incredible and she helped my entire group have so much fun even in an unfortunate circumstance. If me and my group could give her 10 stars we would. She was awesome! And so was her associates that supplied us and helped with getting us in and using the boat. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

Let me tell you about my experience here in beautiful lake chelan. First off, started over at Cambell's with shoreline rentals where apparently our plastic fun card was not good enough because it says "debit" so we went to the nicest kindest group of go getters in town! Elaine, Andy and Carlos are the bees knees and they have the best armada in town. Treated us like family and we felt the exact same, had a truly good time jumping waves with jet skis and slinging the fam around in the most badass orange cream-sickle surf boat you have ever seen! Thanks guys, cheers to you!

Reasonable prices, all the gear we needed (including skis, life vests, and tube), and boat for 10 people made for a FANTASTIC day on Lake Chelan. Also, the staff who work there are friendly and helpful! We loved our experience here at Lake Shores Watercraft.

Prices are affordable! Dock workers and staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and reasonable. I have gone 3 times this summer and will definitely go back in the future! By far the best place to rent jet skis, boats, kayaks, and paddle boards from Chelan! Make sure to leave a tip if you go!

Came in on July 5th for a walk in to see if they had any jet skis available and they did luckily. I would recommend a reservation ahead of time if possible especially if it's a holiday or weekend but I was lucky to get a jet ski and also a boat booked for the same day. The staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating. It was my first time riding a boat and the rental process was very smooth. The staff gave clear instructions and everything was very easy to operate. I had an amazing time both on the jet skis and the pontoon boat.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday to rent the 22' Bayliner. Originally chose this location because prices are reasonable for what you get. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, and the guy at the dock told us everything we needed to know about the boat. In short, they made the process easy and we had a lot of fun. It was way too windy/ the water was too choppy to stay out long (we ended up coming back earlier than our anticipated end time), but staff were understanding. Thank you all for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!!!

Nice staff, easy process. It was a Thursday end of May so no wait time and we were able to rent for an hour. 10 mile limit for how far they let u take it. Can only go 10 mile up to Wapato point so not for taking a boat all the way up lake. ( no cell service up there). Maybe more hazards. But it was fun to see the lake and tool around for an hour. or so.

Had lots of fun!! Went on a trip with my brother and our girlfriends for an hour long ride, accidentally stayed out longer than we paid for and they didn't charge us! The only reason I feel like this is four stars and not five is because while coming back it's difficult to see which dock is theirs.

Great spot, best prices we could find. We did rent the week after labor day, so we got a good deal. I'm giving four stars because the boat worked well, but a few important components were broken: the swim step didn't stay up and the speedometer didn't work (which is important for a ski boat).

I have been renting boats and jet skis from Lake Shores Rentals for years. I have always received outstanding service from Elaine and her crew. They are super-friendly too. My family and friends have enjoyed tubing, knee boarding, water skiing and wake boarding behind Lake Shores boats. Many happy memories on beautiful Lake Chelan!

Lake chelan has always been a favorite vacation spot of ours, but never have we gotten amazing watercraft rental service until today. We rented a 10person speed boat and a 2 person Jet ski. The two gentalmen that explained to us how to use it were friendly, wellmannered, and quick to answer all of our questions, the front desk lady (maybe owner?) Is wonderful! To anyone looking for family fun in chelan I reccomend Lake Shore Watercraft Rental, its affordable and enjoyable.

Great experience. We were welcomed in by a local expert and her friendly dog. We didn't have reservations and they accommodated us without a pause. We haven't jet skied in years but they were friendly, safety based and so encouraging. The training staff who oriented us to the skis were personable, fun and knowledgeable. We started slow but then got our sea legs. What a great time we had. We will definitely be back. Pro tip: Buy the $8 water proof phone case they have and capture great memories!

Very nice people, great service, the pre boating instructions were just right. The day before Shoreline rentals tried to rip us off for $250 for damages that were not incurred on some already beat up personal watercraft. We mentioned that to these folks and they knew that happened. Anyway we had a great half day on the lake, we will rent from Lakeshores again.

What a wonderful experience this was! Scheduled to rent paddle boards 1 day before we wanted to rent them and gave a credit card number over the phone to reserve them. We also changed the time a couple of times because we were coming from far away and they were very accommodating! Elaine helped us out and she was great. So was the rest of the staff. Had a great time on one of their beautiful pontoon boat. Staff was pleasant and boat was very clean. Can't wait to come back to Manson and lake Chelan.

Had a wonderful weekend at Lake Chelan and this place played a big part of it. We went here to rent jet skis for 4 hours and completely fell in love of how the owner treated us and her employees. Because of our great experience we came back the following day to rent a boat for a great deal since we are only able to use for 2 hours before heading home. Plus they let us bring my big husky/gsd with us! Overall, I highly recommend this place for renting and will be coming back for sure. They won't let you down and won't rip you off unlike the other place we initially went to.

This last weekend we decided at the last minute to rent a boat from Lake Shores Watercraft. We were so happy with the product and service I had to write a review on them! They had a amazing customer service they taught us how to use the boat correctly and the price for 8 hours was the best for a fantastic product. It was our first time in Chelan and it won't be our last. Next year we are going to go back and we will rent from them again and again!

While visiting Lake Chelan for the first time ever I realized the amazing surroundings and glorious lake water. Although the landscape was nice from shore I wondered about how it would look from the lake. Which got me thinking.

As you discover Chelan you realize watercraft is a huge part of the atmosphere. I'm not an avid boater, in fact I don't and never have owned a boat. I've had acquaintances who've owned boats and have been able to take the helm in a supervised situations only. As a family we've tubed multiple times and so I've observed the necessity of "safety" and the need to be keenly aware of your surroundings when recreating on water.

So, there are plenty of watercraft rental places in Chelan so your options are great. I researched a few online, but I have to say most have insufficient information. There are flyers all around town promoting boat/jet ski rentals as well. On a whim while touring the town, I pulled our SUV into the parking lot of Lake Shores Rentals. There was a selection of boats and jet skis neatly arranged and docked in their marina. I immediately began talking with one of the employees and investigated what they had to offer from a cost and availability perspective. I met my family back in the parking lot and discussed options, we then all made our way to the small office and reviewed details and talked about safety/licensing requirements. That day, we booked a slot for the next morning. In order to book they take an imprint of your cc and keep it on file as a security deposit, if you return the boat with no damage you get your imprint back.

The next day we arrived about 30 minutes early since we completed some of our paperwork the day before. Our boat was positioned and ready for dis-embarkment. It had been wiped down and the employees were doing the same to the rest of the boats in the marina. We proceeded to the dock with our beach bags and cooler along with children in tow. We stood briefly on the dock while me and the assigned employee inspected the boat, (I took pictures of all angles of the boat for obvious reasons) received detailed operating instructions, and was told about the various safety devices and procedures before we climbed in. Once in, we were given our return time and instructions on how to approach the dock/marina upon our homecoming. Our arrival back was smooth, the boat was inspected and re-fueled (yes, you pay for the fuel used + the cost of the boat rental). We paid for our fuel and in a friendly fashion we completed our business with chelanboats.com .

We had a great day of boating, swimming off the stern and creating fun family memories. Thanks for a great experience, guys. We'll do this again when we return to Lake Chelan.

Great place to rent a boat! Family run & everyone is super friendly & very helpful! We rented a boat from them for a week- it was in super condition & we were very pleased with their service!!!

Staff was very helpful and fast getting me out on the water.
Jet ski was well priced at $75 for 2hrs and i think our fuel bill was only like $13.
I would HIGHLY recommend you call ahead and reserve your boat or jetski. I lucked out as a walk-up but lots of people ended up out of luck.

Leave your worries behind and rent here. We didn't think we'd ever consider a rental but here we are!! The pricing is very reasonable and customer service is superb. Tip the dock workers while you're at it. All the equipment is clean, newer and in great shape. We'll make reservations ahead next year. Oh, bring your boaters license if you have one, if not, they'll give each driver a short form to fill out.

They were amazing people. We rented two jet skis for 2 hrs. They were very accommodating. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for and easier time with the rentals.

For starters. I'm thankful that I didn't read all the negative reviews before actually renting from Lake Shore. I went there on a Sat afternoon with my wife and two kids. Elaine, the receptions was more than pleasant and got us off to a boat rental immediately. The price was more than fair and the service was more than fast.

Once we're on the dock, Ben was awesome in getting the info to us asap and he was polite all the way. We took the boat out and returned back in an hour. Once we're back everyone at the dock asked how our trip was. I had a lengthy discussion with Ryan, which amazed to find out he was going over to China to teach English. All in all it was a great experience and I learned a lot from the staff there.

It was a pleasant experience overall and very family friendly. Don't just take my word for it, go experience yourself!!

We had a great time in Chelan and enjoyed every minute of our time on the water thanks to Lake Shores Watercraft. I made a reservation prior to our arrival for a boat and a jet ski that we used through the weekend. We rented two jet skis later in the week and a wake board boat on our last day. Elaine and Tracy in the office are friendly and helpful, and the dock staff were great in getting us out quickly. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. The boats were clean and in great condition. We will definitely rent from them again next time we're in Chelan!

It has always been a fun experience when I rent from Lake Shores. Elaine is very sweet and helpful, the boats are in great shape and the prices are very reasonable.

I rented a boat this past August for 4 hours and 3 hours in, it started raining and a storm was passing by. We decided to cut the fun short and return the boat. Elaine noticed how disappointed we were and offered us a free hour the next day. Which the next day turned out to be very pleasant.

I've been at Lake Shores where it's been very busy and packed with people, but I'm the kind of person that understands the situation of others. The staff does a good job of keeping things moving as fast as they can.But If your at Lake Chelan for your summer vacation and don't have the patients to wait for 10 minutes then maybe you shouldn't be there.

We booked fairly last minute and were lucky to snag a sleek little boat. The staff was very nice and the boat was in perfect condition. It was so much fun zipping around the lake -- this really is a must for any visit. We will definitely be back!

Loveee lovee love this place!!!! Last year I went to Lake Chelan with a group and we were looking to rent 3 jetski. We first stopped at Jeski Ahoy right down the street from this place, but their pricing was high & their staff was rude and unpleasant to work with. So we said, "You know what, if we are going to spend that much, we should have better customer service than this!". We left that place and found Lake Shores Watercraft. My first impression is, the lady at the front desk was super helpful and sweet! She answered our questions and explained thoroughly everything we inquired. We rented the jetski from them and were very satisfied with the quality of the jetski and their deck staff.

Second time we stopped by was yesterday, on our last day of this year trip. We wanted to rent a boat out this time. Upon decided to come back here, we did shop around, called a few different places to compare the prices. And Lake Shores Watercraft has one of the best rates. As usual, their front desk lady was sweet and helpful, the process from the time we came in to when we actually got on the boat was fast and efficient. They had my husband sign some paper work since he was the one who drove the boat, let us pick out our life-vests, walked us to the deck, they recorded and marked down all the area on the boat that was previous damaged, wiped down the seats and then proceeded to explained to my husband a few important things about operating a boat. And then off we go! I love the fact that they allow dogs on their boat, because lets be honest, as a dog owner, you want to be able to include your fur baby into your family vacation trips as much as possible.

We went out to the water and came back a couple of times, because my parents needed to use the bathroom and to grab some stuff we forgot in the car. Every time we came back or when we returned the boat, multiple employees asked us how is it going, if we were having fun or if we need assistance with anything.

I'm not sure if this place is family owned and operated but they sure make you feel like it is. Such a welcoming and friendly place to do business with! Definitely will come back here next time we are in Chelan!

Elaine was sweet a pie!! A truly exceptional customer friendly business. A large selection of boats and jet skis at a reasonable price. The bay liner we rented was brand new 2015.

Travelled out to Chelan for the day from Seattle to escape the clouds and find the sun! Originally we thought just laying out on the beach all day was going to do it with us but we decided nope! Lets try Jet Ski's! I've done them before but it was my friend's first time and he was a bit nervous until we got out on the water. We tried to go to Shoreline Rental first because it was right on the beach and made it so we didn't have to climb into the extremely hot car. After dealing with some not so friendly staff from the get go, we had a bad vibe and decided to try Lake Shores. Upon arriving at Lake Shoes we were quickly greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk (I believe the business owner). She was so friendly and we easily and quickly knew we had made the right choice on where to rent from. The whole staff were friendly, informative, and all around good people. I would highly recommend Lake Shores to anybody looking to rent boats or jet skis. Next time (hopefully later this summer) I end up at Lake Chelan again, I assure you I'll be renting from Lake Shores again. Thanks for the great experience Lake Shores!

Rented 2 jetskis for 2 hours the past weekend (Memorial Day weekend) and it was awesome! It was 3 of us and we rode in pairs, and a single. They were pretty booked when we called on Saturday, so we made a reservation for Sunday. We arrived about 15 mins late but we were helped right away and the girl who helped us was really friendly and helpful. We got through our paperwork in about 15 mins... Kinda lengthy but not too long, they were pretty packed in the reception area. There was an older lady yelling orders at the other employees which was pretty unprofessional in my opinion, but whatever. I was busy filling out my form.

The guy who took us to the jetskis and "explained" all the safety stuff and instructions didn't tell us anything really, so I docked a star off for that. We had all ridden jetskis before so it wasn't that big of a deal, but he forgot to even tell us how to turn the jetski on, etc etc. We had to remind him...? Dunno how I felt about that.

The pricing was pretty fair, $85 +tax for 2 hours / each jetski. However, they didn't tell us that we had to pay for the gas until we finished riding and they told us to wait til the jetskis were filled up so they could ring us up on the total. I think it was like $5 a gallon??!!? The gas for both came out to ~$74 total. I wish they would've told us about that before we got on (we still would've done it but it wouldn't have came as a surprise) but all in all the experience was very fun.

This was the first time I went jetskiing that i was charged for gas, but maybe that's just how it's done in WA? I've only gone jetskiing in places in CA so maybe it's different.

Anyway, I would recommend this place. Other places had a slightly cheaper rate but they only took reservations for 4+ hours and anything under that were first come first serve and I didn't wanna risk not getting a jetski since it was a very busy weekend.

Total for 2 jetskis $184 + $74 gas = $258 for 2 hours.

I have been a client of Lake Shores Watercraft for several years in a row. Their customer service is outstanding, the boats that they rent are in excellent condition and their prices are very reasonable.

Several years ago I began researching boat rental companies in the Chelan area so that I could get an idea of what was offered and the prices. I found that Lake Shores had the best prices for the boats and lengths of time I was considering renting. I made a reservation have been going back for several years.

Their staff have always been polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. They went over all of the issues concerning operation of the boat and everything that I would need. They were also flexible and let me take the boat to the cabin which was a little bit past their normal cutoff line for renters. The last boat that I rented even had an extra battery and oil, two things that are very important if you are going to be using the boat for long periods of time or cover significant distances.

Specifically, I would like to thank Elaine, who has helped me every year reserve a boat and given me an excellent price and always greeted me when my family and I came in. She has done a wonderful job taking care of me and I would ABSOLUTELY AND WITH NO HESITATION recommend renting a boat or jet ski from Lake Shores Watercraft.

Every time that I go to Lake Chelan I will be renting from Lake Shores Watercraft. They have always done an outstanding job providing a boat for myself and my family and I have no need or reason to even look anywhere else. Again, I recommend them absolutely and without hesitation or caveat.

My roommate and I did a day trip to Chelan and spontaneously decided to go jet skiing. We tried another place first by the park we were at on the north end of the lake but we were quickly turned off by them do to their unfriendly staff. BUT we then discovered Lake Shores!! It was worth the little drive around from where we were. The staff was extremely friendly and laid back. We spend a good hour on the water and for mu first jet skiing adventure, it was perfect. I definitely look forward to next time and we will be coming back to Lake Shore for all our jet ski rental needs for sure!

Our personal Sea Doo's broke so while they were in the shop, we rented a boat expecting to have it for two days. We had such a blast, I was in my element as I love to boat. There were three of us me, my hub and my 10 year old daughter. We dealt with Elaine, she is the sweetest lady, very helpful. Even gave me her personal cell # incase we had any problems or questions. The guys that work outside are such nice kids, very refreshing to be welcomed like that, another young lady worked there too, but I didn't get her name. All of them were so polite. I actually got to show off my WA state boaters license --- that test was super hard, so I am pretty proud of it. Anyway, that same day our Sea Doo's were repaired so I took the boat back early and Elaine gladly refunded our remaining day with out a problem. So nice to have nice people when you are stressed out about repairs on our PWC's. Oh yes and it was also nice to have the guys waving me in and catching the boat for me.. It was quite apparent they get a lot of people that aren't that experienced docking a boat. Anyway Thank you so much. Had a great experience!! :) Rent from these nice people,, nice place, cheapest place to fill up on the lake, nice selection of boats, wakes, pontoons, tritoons and PWC.

We rented a boat today for 4 hours, plus a double tube, and a knee board. The price was comparable and the service was awesome. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. We have 3 kids, including an infant. They got us in and out super quick. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to our friends.
